MRP worked with Aaron’s to develop prototypes for their ground up building program. An 80’ x 100’ and 100’ x 80’ prototype was developed in both a metal building and concrete block and steel bar joist versions. MRP worked to create site specific projects in several states throughout the U.S. MRP handled all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as worked with a national civil engineering firm to coordinate building and site requirements. MRP performed weekly conference calls to update Aaron’s construction team on status of design, permitting, bidding and construction.
