Hotel Design
Our lead hotel designer planned the first high-rise, limited-service, interior corridor concept for Days Inn. This new prototype included a cutting-edge service core which became the standard in the industry and was emulated by many limited service hotels seeking to efficiently layout their service core. The service core featured rear entry to the laundry facilities from the elevators as well as provided back of the house breakfast function that doubled as back of the house for meeting rooms.
