MRP Design Group partnered with Dunkin’ Brands corporate design team to develop a full set of permit, bid and construction drawings for several prototype building configurations. The primary challenge for these projects was incorporating the requirements for three individual concepts (Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin Robbins and ToGo’s) into one cohesive restaurant. Each concept needed to maintain its own unique branding yet the overall design had to allow for shared resources and present the three concepts as a unified restaurant.
