PROJECT NOTES
Reliant Homes | Loganville, GA
A workplace that feels like home—by design.
MRP Design Group partnered with Reliant Homes to create a main office facility that reflects who they are: a residential builder with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and craftsmanship. The goal was simple—design a commercial office that doesn’t feel like one.
The result is a thoughtfully designed workspace that blends residential and commercial elements throughout. From the timber-framed entry and warm material palette to the inviting interior spaces, every detail reinforces a sense of familiarity while still supporting the day-to-day needs of a growing team.
Inside, the layout balances function and experience—featuring collaborative meeting areas, training space, and a standout break room that opens to a covered brick patio through roll-up glass doors. It’s a space designed not just for productivity, but for connection.

- Space planning for offices, conference rooms, and a dedicated training classroom
- Interior design coordination to create a warm, residential-inspired workplace
- Break room + amenity space design with full kitchen and flexible seating
- Indoor-outdoor integration with roll-up glass doors opening to a covered brick patio
- Construction documents + permitting support to move the project efficiently into the field
Why This Matters to You
Your space should reflect your brand.
For Reliant Homes, that meant creating an office that feels like the homes they build—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully detailed. The same approach can help your business stand out with clients and attract the right team.
Function still drives everything.
Behind the residential feel is a highly functional layout designed for productivity, training, and day-to-day operations—so your space works as hard as you do.
Details make the difference.
From material selection to indoor-outdoor flow, small decisions add up to a better experience for both employees and visitors.
