Hotel Design and Build
Hotels were developed as Shoney’s Inn but were sold to Boomerang Hotels and rebranded to GuestHouse Inn.
Our group developed an interior corridor prototype to update the concepts overall design. In addition, this new prototype featured poured-in-place concrete floors which were much more durable than the previously used wood floors. Later, when Shoney’s was looking to leave the hotel industry, this updated interior corridor design made their portfolio more attractive.
