Hotel Design and Build
Hotels were originally developed as Sumner Suites and are currently owned by Hyatt Place.
This extended room prototype featured a combination of a split bedroom and living space sharing a common widescreen TV placed in the middle of the suite. Each room also featured a kitchenette. These unique characteristics coupled, with a 15 foot wide room, offered the conveniences and comforts necessary for a lengthy stay while staying reasonably priced.
These projects included a standing seam metal roof and pour-in-place concrete floors; both elements intended to make these buildings stand the test of time. Our team also designed the pools at these hotels.
