MRP provided complete architectural and engineering services for this two-story office building. The MRP design team developed a site layout and building design that generated 6,650sf of office space with adequate parking on a lot slightly less than ½ acre.

Swifty Car Wash

MRP provided all architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building drawings. We also worked with general contractor to value engineer this building, making it significantly less costly than previous facilities built by Swifty. MRP coordinated with equipment supplier to prepare the building to receive carwash equipment to be installed by carwash equipment vendor.

Ground up facility containing self serve and automatic car wash
MRP provided complete architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services for self serve and automatic car wash. Worked with the civil engineer to develop the site layout and worked with the car wash equipment supplier to coordinate equipment requirements. Building utilized special PVC wall construction specially designed for car wash industry.

MRP provided complete architectural and engineering services for this 16,000sf martial arts studio that contains training studios, a fitness center w/ in-door track, testing rooms, a day care room and full locker rooms complete with restrooms / showers. MRP saved the client a considerable amount of construction cost by designing a metal building with the exterior design of a conventional building.

Aaron Rents

MRP worked with Aaron Rents to develop prototypes for their ground up building program. An 80’ x 100’ and 100’ x 80’ prototype was developed in both a metal building and concrete block and steel bar joist versions. MRP worked to create site specific projects in several states throughout the U.S.. MRP handled all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as worked with a national civil engineering firm to coordinate building and site requirements. MRP performed weekly conference calls to update Aaron’s construction team on status of design, permitting, bidding and construction.
