Homegrown Tap & Dough Restaurant | Castle Rock, CO
MRP Design Group teamed with the restaurant ownership group and a restaurant design firm to deliver complete permit, bid, and construction drawings for a 5,700 SF single-story restaurant located within a new mixed-use retail and multifamily building in downtown Castle Rock. Working closely with the base building MEP engineers and a restaurant supplier, our team supported the integration of restaurant systems into the larger development. The design features a large bar, multiple seating areas, and operable doors that open the restaurant to the surrounding streets, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection and an engaging downtown presence.
