Slim Chickens Franchise – Prototype Adaptation – Phenix City, AL
MRP Design Group partnered with a new Slim Chickens franchisee to bring the brand’s standard prototype to a unique site location.
What we did:
- Delivered full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services.
- Created detailed equipment plans and schedules tailored to the franchise model.
- Coordinated with the local civil engineer on site layout and utility connections.
- Managed building and health department permitting, securing all necessary approvals.
- Supported construction with shop drawing reviews and quick responses to contractor questions.
The result:
A smooth build process, successful opening, and strong early sales—earning positive reviews from both the franchisee and customers.
