MRP Design Group worked side-by-side with the civil engineers to craft site plans that creatively managed the usage of this property while maximizing value and profitability for each of 3 hotel concepts sharing the site. We worked with the owner to balance the number of double-doubles in this prototype to account for the additional draw of families to this area, balancing the number of family friendly rooms with those traveling alone on business.
