MRP Design Group partnered with this new concept to develop a full set of permit, bid and construction drawings for their prototype building. The primary challenge for this project was designing a prototype that would easily translate from tenant build-out to a stand-alone building.
In addition, we have done site-specific designs for several tenant build-out locations.
